Product Inspection

You may inspect your order while the courier is present.
If any issue is found, you may refuse the order and only pay the shipping fees.

Inspection and New Order

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement order will be prepared and shipped to you.

All shipping fees for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.

Exchange Limit

Exchanges are limited to a maximum of 2 times per order.

Cost of Returns and Exchanges

Shipping fees apply if the return is due to a change of mind.
